DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICY
DELIVERY
We use Hardap Freight Services cc as our Delivery Service. We only accept Orders inside Namibia, International orders are not supported at this point in time.
PICKUPS
You can pick up your product in-store but will have to make an appointment prior due to running art classes. Business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am-2:00pm.
PACKAGING
Upon purchase you will also need to pay an Handling fee to ensure that your product arrives at your home safely and well in tact. The Handling fee covers packaging materials as well as fulfillment of packaging. Handling fee is charged once per order but not to each individual product in an order. This only applies to deliveries outside of Windhoek.
COSTS
Delivery cost in Windhoek: N$30
Delivery cost outside Windhoek: N$120
RETURN POLICY
Due to fragility of products and customers damaging them upon arrival we do not offer Returns or Refunds at this point on all Art Products. We ensure that products are are in the best shape before sending/couriering them out.
You can however pick your products up in-store.
PAYMENT METHOD
We offer PayToday, EFT and in-store Cash and Card payments as payment methods for purchases.
All other online payment methods are not supported to ensure safe and secure purchases.
